Fraternity Lot Frequently Asked Questions:

LOST AND FOUND
Any items found on the lot during operation are turned into the police tent (located in the front of the lot by the main exit). Feel free to stop by and ask if we have your lost item. Any items found by our cleaning staff THE NEXT DAY are turned into administration for attempted return. Recovered phones and wallets are always turned into USCPD HQ (1415 Henderson Street Columbia, SC 29208) if the owner cannot be located. Jackets and clothing items are kept until the next home game after which they are donated to Goodwill.
Are you affiliated with the school?
1110 Shop Road the “Fraternity Lot” it’s owners, operators, administration, agents, vendors, successors, and heirs are IN NO WAY affiliated with The University of South Carolina or The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. The Fraternity Lot is private property under private ownership and is not open to the public.
How does it work on gameday?
Entry to the lot mimics the entry system of the lower deck Williams-Brice Football Stadium student section. Show up to the Fraternity Lot, have your ticket scanned, you are given a wristband to put on, walk into the lot.
1. Women ONLY - Buy your ticket from this website. (Men - Get a wristband from a member fraternity brother.)
2. PRINT YOUR TICKET OUT. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PRINTED TICKET TO ENTER.
3. Show up to the Fraternity Lot on gameday with your printed ticket.
4. WOMEN ENTER THROUGH GATE 3 (FEMALE ENTRANCE) (Male Entrance is Gate 2)
5. You will be given a wristband to put on once you get through the gate.
6. Have fun.
Why are you doing this?
For a multitude of reasons. The primary one being safety and security. We work very hard and cooperate with MANY law enforcement agencies and school administrators to make this tailgate lot a reality.
What if your site is SOLD OUT of tickets?
If we are SOLD OUT of tickets on the website THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET ONE. THOSE CAUGHT SELLING/SCALPING THEIR TICKET WILL HAVE THEIR TICKET CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.
How many female wristbands will there be?
TBD DUE TO COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS.
What is the difference between buying a Day Pass and a Season Pass?
The Day Pass is a one time use pass that you buy through our ticketing portal. It allows you general admission access to the lot for one game. There are no additional benefits or perks.
The Season Pass is the way to go. By purchasing the Season Pass you don't have to worry about buying a wristband every week. Also, by purchasing a Season Pass you will be able to skip the entry line and walk right into the lot. Holding a Season Pass also allows you to pick up your wristband a day early to avoid the gameday lines. For these reasons the Season Pass costs $100.00.
When do Day Passes go on sale?
Day Passes always go on sale the week of the home football game they are for (typically Monday). Example: If there is a game on Saturday September 7th Day Passes would go on sale Monday September 2nd.
When will Season Pass information go out?
Passes go on sale TBD DUE TO COVID-19. Once you purchase your pass you will get an information email sometime PRESEASON FALL 2020.
Do Season Pass holders have the opportunity to purchase guest passes?
Yes, each Season Pass holder may purchase up to ONE guest pass for a visiting friend. (Capacity Permitting)
What if I have female friend(s) from out of town visiting?
Everyone needs a wristband to get on the lot. They will need to buy a female wristband too.
Do you sell wristbands at the gate/day of?
NO. ALL SALES ARE PRE-SALES. NO WRISTBANDS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE.
What's the deal with visiting parents and siblings? (TEXAS A&M 10/24/2020)
NO SPECIAL POLICIES THIS YEAR. UOFSC CANCELED PARENTS WEEKEND DUE TO COVID-19.
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the lot?
Yes, there is a minimum age requirement to enter the lot due to safety concerns. All entrants must be at least 18 years old.
Are there ID requirements to enter the lot?
No, but ticketing staff reserves the right to check IDs against ticket holder's name if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
Is re-entry to the lot permitted?
Yes, once you are scanned in and given a wristband you can come and go as you please but you may have to wait in line to re-enter.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
What can I bring into the event?
Beer/Wine/Liquor for PERSONAL consumption only. (NO GLASS)
Bags/Purses are permitted but will be searched. (Clear Bag NOT required)
Jackets/Blankets/Small Coolers are permitted. (COOLERS CANNOT BE LOCKED)
What's the refund policy?
NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What if it's raining?
Bring an umbrella.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES. YOU MUST BRING YOUR PRINTED TICKET TO THE LOT.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my ticket transferable?
TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. ONCE YOU BUY IT YOU OWN IT.
Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
NO, YOUR TICKET NAME MUST MATCH THE ATTENDEE.
What items are PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY?
NO SELLING of ANYTHING. WARNING: We will prosecute unapproved vendors.
NO GLASS will be permitted on the property. (INCLUDING LIQUOR & BEER BOTTLES)
NO DRUGS will be permitted on the property. (without prescription)
NO WEAPONS of ANY kind will be permitted on the property. We will prosecute violators.
NO PEPPER SPRAY OR MACE of ANY kind will be permitted on the property.
NO FIGHTING will be permitted on the property. We will prosecute for assault and/or battery.
NO KEGS will be permitted on the property.
NO BACKPACKS will be permitted on the property. You're not studying.
NO TRAILERS will be permitted on the property. (without pre-approval)
NO Excessively large bags, boxes, or backpacks.
NO charcoal grills.
NO open flames or bonfires.
NO fireworks OR blow-torches.
